How to book Whitton Village Hall

A rental cost donation of £7 per hour upto a maximum of £35. (Additional donations are always welcome.) For most bookings a non-refundable deposit will be required. Any North Lincolnshire council licences required are booked and paid for by the hirer.

  1. Use the Events Calendar to check the availability (located on the main menu)
  2. To place a booking, please email info@whittonvillagehall.co.uk or telephone Fran Ross on 01724 733474.
  3. Download a Word Document copy of the booking form and hire agreement below which contains details of where to send the form, along with your payment. Or to print off a pdf copy of the form CLICK HERE.

Note: A booking form must be submitted before a booking is made final. With the exception of regular bookings, payment must be made in advance.
